    1. Need empty stomach condition. 
  2. Guru Pooja, Mediation & Chant (7 - 8 pm)
  3. Enjoy Simple Vegetarian Indian food & Socialise (8 - 9 pm)


Yoga for Inner Balance

A perfect module to bring in body mind balance, this can be taught in 90mins. After that by dedicating 20 mins every day, this will bring in a larger transformation in the way you function in work, relationship and relating to people.
