The word Sannidhi, literally means to be in Grace. Sannidhi is a form which invoke devotion, its purely for devotional purpose.  Devotion means to be completely devoid of yourself, allowing you to be available to grace. 

Its a consecrated form designed by Sadhguru.  If maintained with a certain discipline, the Sannidhi has a miraculous impact on the inner and external wellbeing of all who come within its sphere, thus extending the spiritual possibility to everyone around that space
