We do regular Isha Hatha Yoga Residential Retreat in Portugal. Every retreat is focused on specific health, wellness and spiritual dimension. Inner Wellbeing Retreat, Fitness Retreat, Yogasanas Retreat, Retreat for Youth etc. Programs conducted by Rama a trained Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher from Isha School of Hatha Yoga which works under the guidance of Sadhguru.

Hatha Yoga modules such as Surya Kriya, Angamardana, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Surya Shakti, Nadha Yoga, Nadi Shuddhi, Upa Yoga, Jala Nethi and many more are taught here. All our Yoga Retreat has 15-25% limited offer.

We do program at Laozi House, meditation centre 7 mins drive from Lagoa town centre. Laozi House is a non profit organisation for Meditation & well-being. Various type of accommodation available for our retreat like Single Room, Double Room and dormitory.  Help with transportation provided.
