I learned Isha Hatha Yoga with YouTube and Sadhguru App. Is this for me ?

Youtube and Sadhguru app is a good beginning. However learning with support of Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher is a much deeper experience, Someone has to watch your practice and fine tuned your practice. Isha Hatha Yoga Teachers are trained for this, they will correct your practice will help you experience yoga in a deeper way. We will also be covering more practice.

Many of our praticipant shared that their practice and involvement has improved largely. This may not be possible without a support of the workshop and Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher. Please read some reviews below from our participant.
